Game Work Breakdown Document - CMPS 20

The goal of this assignment is to have each team write a detailed list of the activities that need to be performed to complete their computer game project, estimate the time required for each, and assign people to each of these tasks.

One of the challenges in student group projects is ensuring that all team members have a shared understanding of the tasks required to complete the project, as well as knowing which tasks have been assigned to which people. Computer gamees take a deceptively long time to create, and so it is useful to record all of the steps required to complete a game, so as to better understand how long it will take. If the work breakdown is accurate, and team members successfully complete the tasks by the specified times, it prevents the typical end-of-the-quarter crunch.
